Source Database Connection Properties

| Host Name/IP Address |
Enter the hostname, or IP address, of the source server with the database (Logger or HDS). | ||
| Unified ICM/CCE Database Name |
Enter the name of the Unified ICM/CCE 11.0(x), 11.5(x), and 11.6(x) source database.

| SQL Server Port Number |
Enter the TCP/IP port in which the source SQL Server runs. This field defaults to1433, the standard SQL Server port. | ||
| Authentication |
Select SQL Server Authentication or Windows Authentication (the default) from the drop-down menu.
| ||
| Domain Name |
Enter the domain name of the Windows account from the Windows Username field. | ||
| Username |
Enter your Windows account user name to access the source database server.
| ||
| Password |
Enter the password for the user name. | ||
| Refresh Database List button |
Refreshes the list of available Unified ICM databases on the server. |
Destination Database Connection Properties
Note | This section applies only to Technology Refresh migrations. |

| Host Name/IP Address | Disabled (read-only). The destination must be the current system. For SQL Server Authentication, enter the hostname, or IP address, of the destination server with the database (Logger or HDS). | ||
| Unified ICM/CCE Database Name | Disabled (read-only). The destination database has the same name as the source database from the Source Database Connection section. For SQL Server Authentication, enter the database name of the Unified ICM/CCE 11.0(x) or above source server from the previous screen. Unified ICM requires that the database names be the same. | ||
| SQL Server Port Number | Enter the TCP/IP port in which the destination SQL Server runs. This field defaults to1433, the standard SQL Server port. | ||
| Authentication | Select SQL Server Authentication or Windows Authentication (the default) from the drop-down menu.
